I chose this website: (http://ae.tutsplus.com/articles/news/creating-smoke-with-cc-particle-effects/) for the tutorial. It shows how to create smoke using the CC Particle System in After Effects. After I created the basic smoke, I played with the setting to create a scene more to what I would use instead of just the video's setting. I'm still not sold on the effect, but I think if I add some motion blur to it, that it might work better.

Changed the background and lighting. I like this a whole lot better than the last one. Still kept the same background except I lightened it and changed the background setting as well as took the camera off the composition.

Don't know if I really like the background or the camera work. I might scratch the whole thing and start from the beginning

Just the text. I kinda like the simplicity of it, without adding any 3D camera affects or background.
